The Clerk performs all duties required by the City Charter, state laws and
ordinances; acts as secretary to the City Council, Mayor and City Manager
Performs complex skilled clerical and paraprofessional work. Maintains city
records of proceedings of all meetings/workshops, prepares Council agendas;
minutes, ordinances, resolutions, proclamations, contracts, public notices, records,
leases and deeds.
Coordinates codification, indexing, microfilming, and code of ordinance changes,
easements, encroachments, etc., and acts as a central source of
